The Court ordered the immediate clearing of all the content illegally uploaded on Youtube servers. Specifically the order refers to the reality show known as &#8220;Grande Fratello&#8221; (Big Brother).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">With this award, which refers to the proceeding started in July 2008 against YouTube by Mediaset, the right of broadcasters and publishers to see protected their I.P. against providers is accepted for the first time.\u00a0 According to the Court injunction, sites like YouTube are not simple &#8220;web spaces&#8221;, but real publishers who must comply with the rules as all other <em>media,<\/em>\u00a0therefore they are liable for the content that they exploit to display advertising.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;
