Member of the Milan Bar, member of AGI -the Italian Employment Lawyers’ Association-, consultant at national and international associations including IRU (International Transport Road Union). Graduated at the Università degli Studi of Milan with honours degree and a Diploma in EU Law and Economics; attended AIAF (Italian Association of Family and child Attorneys) course on family law.
She has extensive experience in employment, social security and trade union law, both in and out of court.
She assists and offers legal advice on private and public employment matters, managerial employment, self-employment and temporary employment, contracts, matters related to corporate directives and employee discipline, damages, demotion and bullyng, redundancy procedures, settlement among management and employee. She offers legal advice to private and public companies in employment contracts and in pre-litigation management, working in mediation and Arbitration Panels as well and paying particular attention to continuing development of legislation.
She deals with domestic and international transport law, with reference also to logistics, intermodal and combined transport, national and international cabotage. She follows both judicial and extrajudicial phases, deals with contracts, drafting tailor made contractual models and ancillary documentation for national, EU and international transport.
She follows companies in the application of Legislative Decree 231/2001 and implementation of organizational models.
She deals also with insurance law, family law and youth law, using, where possible, alternative justice systems.
She follows commercial law issues, also with reference to the most recent bankruptcy proceedings. Deals with disputes related to professional liability and compensation for damages.
Consultant with a leading trade association specialized in the road haulage industry, Mrs. Bruni is also an author of various articles on domestic and international Road Haulage Law. She contributes to several Italian and foreign trade publications; is a consultant for radio programmes on the subject and a lecturer at seminars and conferences.
