Alessandro Mariani

Lawyer, admitted to the bar in Monza since 2009.

Born in Milan on September 21, 1982, Law degree at the Università degli Studi dell’Insubria, Como and semester of study abroad (University of Malaga, Spain, academic year 2007-2008), within the Erasmus Project.

Continuing education in civil law and civil proceedings, with particular reference to the issues of civil liability, contractual liability, liability of public administration. He has extensive experience in employment law, bankruptcy law, insolvency proceedings and corporate restructuring.

He follows litigations in Court and offers legal advice in civil, tax and insurance law.  He deals with drafting of contracts, real estate, leases and evictions and debt collection, assisting from the letter of formal notice up to enforcement.
