Our law firm organized the meeting “Road transport 2017” along with FAI Milano.
The workshop was an important occasion to scrutinize and compare the main current managerial and regulatory aspects for transport and logistics companies, who have to deal with increasing risks and responsibilities, competition and regulations.
The meeting focused on logistics, regulatory changes, european competition. Other subjects discussed were:
- carrier-client relationship,
- personnel management, with particular reference to drivers,
- vehicle rental without driver,
- liability in case of accident,
- new rules on posting and long term supply agreement.
