Andrea Bonifacio
Lawyer, admitted to the bar in Milan.
Born in Milan, first class honours degree in Law from the Università degli Studi di Milano, licensed to practise awarded by the Court of Appeal of Milan.
He acquired professional training from the law firm and abroad (PRC, Shanghai), where he carried out part of the professional practice, in particular with regard to F.D.I.. Continuing education mainly in professional liability in health sector and insurance law.
He has extensive experience in and out of court and also in arbitration panels with regard to:
- civil law, handling disputes with particular reference to assessment of professional liability in health care, insurance matters (claims made, loss occurrence, duty of care, obligations of doctors and hospitals), liability arising from obligations of safekeeping,
- commercial law and corporate law, managing disputes in corporate matters and conflicts between shareholders (invalid or voidable decisions, participation in meetings and board of directors),
- banking law, managing litigations between banks and clients (usury, overdraft charges, revocation actions, sureties, compound interest on interests, interest rate thresholds, transparency),
- debt collection,
- preparation of contracts and legal decisions, revising statutes and network contracts between companies.
