Lawyer, admitted to the bar in Cosenza, professional mediator since 2010, registered at the Supreme Court since 2020, member of AGI (Italian Employment Lawyers’ Association) and councilor of the European Esecutive AGI Committee Calabria.
She has extensive experience in employment law, social security and trade union law.
Born in Cosenza in 1979, Chiara completed Classical Studies and then attained her degree in Law from the Università Magna Grecia di Catanzaro. She has qualifications in family law from the European School of Economics in Milan. She also worked as an expert in labour law for the region Calabria in order to improve the quality and the effectiveness of employment services.
She offers legal advice to private and public companies in employment contracts and in pre-litigation management. Assists private and public companies in employment disputes. The work includes contracts of employment, collective labour agreements, disciplinary procedures, compensation for damages, demotion and bullying, paying particular attention to the continuing development of the legislation.
Furthermore, she obtained the certification as Data Protection Officer (DPO) in compliance with art. 37-39 of the New European Privacy Regulation, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU regulation 2016/679) with certification in the following sectors: Health and Social Assistance, Bank and Insurance, IT, Web and Telecommunications, Trade, Distribution and Marketing, School and Education, Public Administration. The EU regulation on the processing of personal data and privacy has also been in force since 25 May 2018 and the appointment of a DPO is mandatory for all companies that process sensitive data.
Therefore, she offers legal advice to companies regarding privacy and GDPR compliance.
She follows banks and insurance companies in and out of court, dealing with insolvency proceedings.
She deals also with family and juvenile law, working in mediation and Arbitration Panels as well.
