Mr. Noviello was a speaker at the meeting “The future of D&O; the D&O of the future”.
He discussed with members of the Italian Brokers Association (AIBA) and the National Association of Risk Managers and Business Insurance Managers (ANRA) some issues related to D&O coverage (” Directors & Officers Liability “) for public entities and subsidiary companies.
Always more strict regulations (Legislative Decree 231/01, Legislative Decree 81/08, European Reg. EU / 2016/679) determine a continuous increase in responsibility of top management figures.
Directors are exposed to risk of claims for compensation that could compromise the professionalism of the management and the image of the company itself.
