- n. 28988/19: criteria for determining damage settlement of work ability
- n. 28989/19: death damage
- n. 28990/19: differential damage
- n. 28991/19 and n. 28992/19: patient burden to prove causal connection of deterioration of his state of health
- n. 28993/19: loss of chance
- n. 28994/19: retroactivity of Gelli and Balduzzi law.
