Mr. Rocco Noviello was a speaker at the meeting “Law 24/2017 (Law Gelli): practical considerations in the shadow of implementing decrees” on October 13, 2017, at Istituto Auxologico Italiano headquarters in Via San Luca 13 Milano.
The conference wanted to explore further the implementation of Law 24/2017 “Provisions on safety of treatments and of assisted person as well as on professional responsibility of healthcare practitioners “, in the presence of legal, insurance and medical experts.
Topical and practical questions for the healthcare sector were addressed.
Law n.24/2017 innovates legislative framework on the liability of doctors and healthcare practitioners and has important operational effects on risk management and malpractice disputes.
The meeting aimed to look in more detail at the topics of greatest practical interest for operators and business functions, also in the light of recent implementing decrees and Law 124/2017, which provides for the issuing of a table of disabilities.
