Our lawyers assist both private and public hospitals and health care companies, dealing with civil and administrative law in litigation as well as out of court.

With regard to administrative law our lawyers deal with issues related to:
-health law, also with reference to measures of public administrations on authorization and accreditation of social activities and health care
-issues related to pharmaceutical law and deregulation measures, eg, the setting up of new pharmacies.
